Community Summer Fun Event Tuesday 4th March – Church Square 5 – 7.30pm hosted by St. Mary’s (and volunteers). A chance to gather as a community, have fun, share food and participate in games for all ages.

The annual Beth Hodgson Memorial Pancake race will also be held at 6.15pm where the teams are made up of six people in each team who race between markers. There will be prizes for the best dressed teams as well as the winners (including a cup) and  pancakes/sausages will be available to all who come along. People could also bring their own picnic hamper. Community groups are also invited to display information stands – we will not be selling any items during the evening although ice-cream / coffee vendors will be able to sell items.

The Bouncy Castle / Water Ratz / face painting are free of charge. Let’s hope for a fine evening so that we can gather as a community in our own Square (if wet we will consume food within the church). Any enquiries to Allan 9677-036 (ajhud@clear.net.nz)
